DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THERE MAY BE DELAYS IN DELIVERIES
Please allow 1 working day for your order to be processed, once payments have been received.
Order before 12pm to receive your order the following day (Monday – Thursday), after your order has been processed. Any orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be delivered the next working day after the order has been processed.
*Please note, this does not include public holidays. All orders will be processed the next working day. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we DO NOT offer refunds/exchange for items not wanted/change of mind. We only offer this if you have received faulty or damaged items. If you have received a damaged of faulty item, you must notify us in 7 days.
*Please note, our lashes are carefully handmade with love, therefore each one may be slightly different, although it is a minor difference, and not a fault.
We will need proof of purchase to complete your return and refund request.
How can I get my money back?
Once we have received your return order, we will carefully inspect it and notify you that we have received your return and will let you know if we approve or reject your refund request.
If approved, we will process your refund and apply the refund to the original card you used to purchase your order. We will notify you once the refund has been processed, along with how long it will take to receive your money back.
When will I receive my refund?
It can take up to 7 working days to receive your refund (depending on your bank). If you have not received it, please check with your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Can I make an exchange?
We only offer exchange for damaged or faulty items, if you need to change them please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon receipt of your order, please review to ensure they are in perfect conditions (they surely will be J). The item is solely your responsibility until it reaches us, so we advise you send your returns using a delivery service where the value of your goods are insured.
EVE LUXE do not pay returns postage unless the item is wrong or faulty.
